POONACHA - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010589012026 NC: 2026:KHC:51023 WP No. 27206 of 2026 ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: "i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 05.08.2026 and 13.08.2026, produced at Annexure-G and J respectively in a time bound manner. ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's Form 8 dated 17.08.2026 produced at Annexure-L in accordance with law and expeditiously and within time bound manner. iii) Grant such other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstance of the case, including costs of this petition." 2. The petitioner seeks correction of her name and other details in the voter's list. Accordingly, the petitioner has made a representation dated 17.08.2026 (Annexure-L to the writ petition). The petitioner has also made representations dated 05.08.2026 and 13.08.2026 (Annexures-G and J respectively to the writ petition).
