By means of present criminal revision, revisionist has put to challenge the judgment and order dated 27.11.2025, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Haridwar in Misc. Case No.309 of 2023, Smt. Shabnur vs. Ashwad, whereby the interim maintenance has been awarded to the respondent nos.1 & 2. 3. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the revisionist seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy. 4. The prayer, so made, is granted. 5. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6. The certified copy of the order impugned shall be returned to the revisionist, as per Rules.
