It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the owner of the land bearing Khasra No.402/10 area 0.13 acre situated at Village Chandrapur, Tahsil Chandrapur, District Sakti (C.G.). After the construction of Kalma Bairaj, the portion of the agricultural land of the petitioners in all the cases have come under submergence area of the Bairaj. Acquisition proceedings with respect to the land under submergence have not been drawn, with respect to the land of the petitioner. Therefore, it is prayed that at this stage liberty may be granted to the petitioners to file fresh representation for redressal of their grievances and a direction be issued to the respondent/Authorities (respondents No.3 & 4) to decide representation and to initiate the acquisition proceedings and grant compensation to the petitioner. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the petition may be disposed of with appropriate direction. 4. Having considered the limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation before respondents/Authorities alongwith all necessary documents and copy of this order within a period of 15 days from today. In the eventuality of filing such representation by the petitioner, the respondents/Authorities are directed to 3 get demarcated the subject land of petitioners within further period of 45 days from the date of filing of representation by the petitioners and if it is found that said land of petitioners has come in submergence area/affected area of the said Bairaj, then appropriate proceedings be initiated with regard to grant of compensation to the petitioner. 5. Aforesaid proceedings with regard to acquisition/grant of compensation be concluded within further period of 90 days from the date of demarcation of aforesaid land of petitioner. 6.
