The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No. 7743 of 2024 (State Vs. Shubham Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 05 of 2024, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Sant Kabir Nagar, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate/Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Fast Track Court-II, Sant Kabir Nagar, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the present case is pending since year 2024 and the same has not culminated to its logical conclusion. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Manoj Kumar, Saurabh Raj Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Smt Prem Lata Singh .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And 7 Others .....Opposite Party(s) aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 6.
