The petitioners application for registration of five sale deeds were refused by the Sub-Registrar, Satyabadi vide order dated 20.05.2023 on the ground that a case under Section 25 of the OHRE Act being O.A. No.249 of 2020 was pending before the Commissioner of Endowments. 3. It is submitted that the O.A. was finally disposed of by judgment passed on 31.01.2025. Copy of the judgment has been enclosed as Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition. Since the O.A. has been disposed of in the meantime, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sub-Registrar again enclosing a copy of the above referred judgment passed by the Commissioner of Endowments with further prayer to reconsider the deeds for registration. 4. If such motion is made within 10 days from today, the Sub- Order No. 2. p. 2 Registrar shall consider the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within two weeks thereafter.
