This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 21.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6222 of 2025. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 21.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6222 of 2025 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. 4. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner for initiating separate proceedings for further claim, if any. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
