The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents considered the petitioner’s case and passed order in G.O.(2D)No.48 Environment Climate Change and Forests (FR2(ii)) Department dated 05.06.2026. She also produced a copy of the order dated 05.06.2026 before this Court. 3.
