ORAL ORDER
After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court in case charge sheet is filed against them. Further, they sought liberty to place all the documents relied on by them in the instant petition in support of their case, before the Investigating Officer.
In view of the above submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty sought for. Further, the petitioners are at liberty to place all the documents relied on by them in the instant petition in support of their case, before the Investigating Officer within two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Upon such production, the Investigating Officer shall consider the same in accordance with law before filing the final report.
