This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging non compliance of order dated 25.07.2022, whereby the writ petition was disposed of in the light of Division Bench judgment in the case of Shyam Lal Tailor Vs. State of Rajasthan (D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1025/2020) and [2026:RJ-JP:13105] (2 of 2) [CCP-397/2024] consequently, petitioner was held entitled for selection grade from the date of first appointment. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have filed reply to the contempt petition, wherein it has been stated that the order dated 25.07.2022 passed by this Court has already been complied with vide order dated 21.08.2024. 3. There is no rejoinder to the reply. 4. In view of statement made by learned counsel for the respondents and on the basis of reply, no case of deliberate and willful disobedience is made out. 5.
