JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 16-01-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State . 2. The petitioners apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109(1), 303(2), 74 & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3 . As per the prosecution case , on account of property dispute , Maarpit took place between the parties, in which, both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . Injuries, sustained by the injured, are simple in nature . 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5 . Considering the nature of injury, in the event of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76377 of 2025(2) dt.16-01-2026 2/2 arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S.
