Learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 13th September, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Mogra Police Station and same is taken on record. 2. It is disclosed in the said communication that previously respondent no.6 was arrested in connection with Mogra P.S. Case no.346/ 2026 dated 23rd June, 2026 and against respondent no.6 charge-sheet dated 20th August, 2026 was filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. It further appears from said communication that respondent no.7 was apprehended on 12th September, 2026 and said respondent no.7 is in judicial custody as per order of the jurisdictional Magistrate. It also discloses that investigating agency is contemplating to file supplementary charge-sheet post arrest of respondent no.7. 3. Learned advocate representing petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner in connection with present writ petition is redressed due to steps taken by concerned police authority thereby arresting respondent nos.6 & 7. [2] 4. In view of such submission made on behalf of petitioner, no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of. 6. However, this order shall not preclude concerned investigating agency to take steps in accordance with law by filing supplementary charge-sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 7.
