This first anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the BNSS has been filed by the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.62/2011 registered at Police Station Takhatpur, District- Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short ‘IPC’). From perusal of the office report, it appears that the present anticipatory bail application has been filed against the order dated 19.06.2025, whereby warrant of arrest has been issued against the applicant, but so far as the present anticipatory bail application is concerned the applicant has not moved any such application before the trial Court and has directly approached this Court by filing the present anticipatory bail application, which is not maintainable. 3. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable.
