It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the subject appeal is factually similar to the decision of this Court dated 24th August, 2026 in MAT 2545 of 2023. It is also submitted that the said order should also govern the instant appeal. 2. Hence, MAT 2463 of 2023 shall stand disposed of in terms of the order dated 24th August, 2026 (supra) and 24th September, 2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench in MAT 2397 of 2023. 3. The modification indicated in this Court’s order dated 24th August, 2026 passed in MAT 2545 of 2023 based an order dated 24th September, 2024 (supra) shall also apply to the instant appeal. 4. With the aforesaid observations, MAT 2463 of 2023 shall stand disposed of. 5. Consequently, all connected pending applications shall also stand disposed of. 6. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
