Learned advocate representing petitioner submits that while investigating Haridevpur Police Station Case No.310 dated 17th July, 2026 another person was required to be arraigned, however, no steps have been taken by concerned police authorities in this regard. 3. Learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 1st September, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Haridevepur Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of communication dated 1st September, 2026 is made over to learned advocate representing petitioner. 4. It is disclosed in communication dated 1st September, 2026 that one Arkaprava Purakait is arraigned in aforesaid criminal prosecution and on 14th August, 2026 it was informed to the leaned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore. 5. In view of steps taken by investigating agency, no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 6. Writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
