Case No. 67 of 2021 for the offence registered under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella, is pressed into motion. As per the FIR, altogether five accused persons had taken money from Mani Mohanti for carrying out business. When the informants, asked for the return of the amount, the accused persons started abusing them. It is submitted by the learned senior counsel on behalf of petitioner that as per the FIR, Rs.30,000/- was received by this petitioner for which she is languishing in jail custody since 26.09.2025. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition. Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
