The petitioner received communication dated 25.04.2025 from the Assistant Commissioner stating that the representations are under consideration and that action would be taken thereon. Asserting that no such action was taken, the present writ petition has been filed. 2. Mr.Najeeb Usman Khan, learned standing counsel (Corporation), accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
