Learned advocate also submits that there is no complicity of the present petitioner and the petitioner has been unnecessarily languishing in jail State produces the case diary and draws the attention of the court to the statement of different witnesses. Primarily, it reflects from the records that the petitioner was arrested at the spot and there were minor girls who were recovered and in their statement under 2 section 183 of the BNSS, they have stated the purpose for which they were present over there. The records also reflect that presently the cross- examination of the P.W.1 is in progress and last of the order-sheets which has been enclosed reflects that time was sought for on behalf of the present petitioner for cross- examination. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that none of the accused persons in this case have been granted bail which is admitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner. Having regard to the stage of the case and the complicity of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the present petitioner at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1867 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
