By filing the instant writ petition, the writ petitioner has prayed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs against the respondent No. 3 authority commanding him to release the land particulars of which has been mentioned in the paragraph 3 of the instant writ petition. 3. At the time of hearing, Mr. Ray, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the wit petitioner took me to page 45 of the instant writ petition being a copy of the representation dated 31.07.2026. 4. It is submitted that by way of representation dated 31.07.2026, the power of attorney holder of the writ petitioner approached the respondent no. 3 authority by requesting him to intimate as to 2 whether such land is the subject matter of any acquisition proceeding or not. 5. It is submitted by Mr. Ray that despite submission of such representation no reply has been given by the respondent no. 3 authority. 6. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent State in his usual fairness submits before this Court that the respondent no.3 authority may be directed to consider the representation dated 31.07.2026 in accordance with law. 7. In view of such, this Court while disposing of the instant writ petition directs the respondent no. 3 authority to consider the representation dated 31.07.2026 as submitted by the writ petitioner in accordance with law and shall pass a reasoned order after giving opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner and/or his authorized representative. 8. It is made clear that the entire process as indicated in the foregoing paragraph is to be completed within three months from the date of communication of the server copy of this order. 9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities. (Partha Sarathi Sen , J.)
