Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 09th July, 2024 (Annexure-8) passed by the Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Bhubaneswar in Suo Motu Complaint Case No.212 of 2024 and order dated 27th February, 2026 (Annexure-9) passed by the Odisha Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in OREAT Appeal No.141 of 2024. 3. At the outset, Ms. Mahapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the order impugned herein is appealable under Section 58 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Hence, she prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy under Section 58 of the said Act. 4. In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. p. 2 5.
