By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed order dated 06.02.2026 (Annexure P-3), passed by the Directorate of School Education, in terms whereof, the prayer of the petitioner for inter-district transfer, was rejected. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the impugned order dated 06.02.2026, this 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:5104 Court finds no perversity in the order. 4. In terms of the contents of the order, the request of the petitioner stands rejected, inter alia, on the ground that out of the 217 sanctioned posts of L.T/P.G.T (Hindi), about 13 posts of Language Teachers are lying vacant and the transfer of the petitioner to some other district would also cause inconvenience to the candidates studying in the school concerned, whose number is mentioned to be 83. 5. As it could not be demonstrated during the course of the hearing of this petition that reasoning given in the order while rejecting the application of the petitioner is not in terms of the record, this petition is dismissed, but with liberty to the petitioner that he may approach the Authority after some time for inter-district transfer, which may be considered by the Authority in terms of the factual position, as it may be existing at the relevant time.
