Case of the petitioner, in brief, is that 7th respondent identified the works, namely: 1) construction of CC Road from Mondedulla Lakshmi (H) to Gudi and 2) construction of CC Road from Chinnam Subba Rao (H) to Church, in Vellalacheruvu Village of Santhamaguluru Mandal under GGMP 2022-23 (Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabhuthvam) Grant. Pursuant thereto, the petitioner supplied the required materials like pipes, cement, sand, steel, 4 wood, etc and completed the said work within the stipulated period by the end of 2023. Thereafter, 5th respondent issued the Final Certificate on 06.08.2025 for payment of Rs.4,99,607/-. However, despite the lapse of two years, the respondents have failed to pay the said amount till date. Aggrieved thereby, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner herein. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, on written instructions, submits that the petitioner supplied the necessary material for construction of CC Road and that the value of the work executed by the petitioner is Rs.4,97,619/-, though the petitioner has claimed an amount of Rs.4,99,607/-. She further submits that after effecting statutory recoveries amounting to Rs.70,424/-, the petitioner is entitled to receive a net amount of Rs.4,27,195/-. It is further submitted that as and when the funds are released from Government, the respondents will arrange payment to the petitioner. She, therefore, seeks four weeks’ time to make payment of the said amount. The written instructions are placed on record. 5. Having regard to the fact that there is no dispute with regard to the supply of material by the petitioner and in view of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, the respondent authorities are directed to pay the admitted amount of Rs.4,27,195/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Twenty-Seven Thousand One 5 Hundred and Ninety-Five only) to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
