This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1244 days in re- presenting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 1244 days in re-presenting the appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.5000/- to the credit of the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week and on such deposit and production of proof, Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission in due course.
