The petitioner seeks transfer of C.R.Case No. 502 of 2022 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Burdwan, Purba Bardhaman to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly on the ground that the private opposite party is the owner of several pool cars which have been allotted to various courts of Purba Bardhaman (Sadar). The petitioner has no objection if the case is transferred to Katwa or Kalna Court which are within the district of Purba Bardhaman. On prayer of the petitioner liberty is granted to approach the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman under Section 448 of the BNSS for appropriate order. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
