1. None appears on behalf of thepetitioner. No accommodation is sought for.
2. On perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the petitioner, by way of the present revisional application, prayed for quashing of the proceedings being M/SEM C/N006/23 dated 06.05.2023 under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as well as the order dated 08.05.2023 passed by the Ld. Special Executive Magistrate, Central Division, Calcutta in connection with the said proceedings.
3. I have perused the said order, it appears that the legal force of the said order dated 08.05.2023 passed under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already expired, consequently the present revisional application has become infructuous due to influx of time, accordingly, C.R.R. 2115 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.
4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
