The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bashistnagar P.S. Case No.63/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 223, 224, 132, 126(1), 88, 91, 318(2), 289, 336(3), 218, 221/109(1), 118(2), 115(2), 121(1), 351(3), 352, 191(2), 191(3), 190, 195 of the BNS and Section 15 of Indian Medical Council Act and Section 41 of Clinical Establishment Act, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits 400-500 persons forming unlawful assembly assembled where the police has gone to raid and allegations are made that they attacked upon the police. He further submits that co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 7027 of 2025, A.B.A. No.6588 of 2025 and A.B.A. No. 6561 of 2025. He next submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons. He further submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 18 of the petition. ( 2026:JHHC:1727 ) 4. Learned counsel appearing for State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of altercation with the police is there. 5. Considering that co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A, there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons and petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 18 of the petition, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Bashistnagar P.S.
