By filing the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s) :- “1] That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions quashing impugned order dated 21.01.2020 (Annex.P/1), passed by the 4 Commissioner may kindly be set-aside and the commissioner may be directed to decide the review in accordance with law. 2] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an efficacious alternative remedy is available under the law. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 4. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the availability of an efficacious alternative remedy, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority having jurisdiction. It is observed that, if such proceedings are initiated, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law, without being influenced by the dismissal of the present petition, and taking into account the period during which the petition remained pending before this Court. 5.
