Heard the learned counsels for the parties. 2. Perused the case diary. 3. It is the prosecution case that when the victim/Bailiff went to execute an order passed by the learned Civil Court, he was beaten up by the petitioner and the others. A mobile phone was thrown into the local pond. 4. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
