Learned counsel for the respondents states that an appropriate direction may be passed in this regard. 4. In view of the same, without going into the merits and rival contention of the parties, let the District Magistrate, Jhargram District, Jhargram decide the appeal dated 24th July, 2026 expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within four weeks after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard. 2 5.
