This petition is of the year 2019 and the counsel for the petitioner is not pursuing the matter diligently. The relief is sought to quash the complaint dated 05.10.2013 and the entire proceedings in C.C.No.1243/2013 for the offence punishable under Section 138 of N.I. Act on the file of the Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Hoskote and also for challenging of taking cognizance for the said offence. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that already trial has been commenced and complainant has been cross examined partly. The counsel for the respondent also submits that did not cross examine the witness in entirety and accused also absent and NBW was also issued.
