The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. Set aside the impugned order dated 07.11.2024 at Annexure-A in Criminal Appeal No.145/2024, passed by the Hon’ble I Addl. District and Sessions Judge Chikkamagaluru, in so far as it pertains to a condition imposed on the petitioner to Deposit 20 percent of the fine amount and to execute personal bond for remaining amount with one surety before the trial court within 30 days from the date of impugned order as a condition precedent for suspension of sentence. b. Any other relief’s that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2.
