1. None appears for the parties.
2. It appears from the record that none appeared for the parties on August 10, 2026, August 11, 2026 and August 12, 2026.
3. It also transpires from the record that the instant revisional application was filed against an order dated January 10, 2020 passed by the learned Trial Court whereby it was held by the learned Trial Court that a second amendment to the plaint filed in the suit was not barred by law of limitation.
4. By an order dated December 8, 2022, the petitioner was directed to serve copies of the revisional application upon the opposite parties. There is nothing on record to show that such order was ever complied by the petitioner.
5. In such circumstances, CO 419 of 2020 is dismissed for default.
6. Stay order, if any, stands vacated.
