The instant application was filed against an order dated November 19, 2019 by which an application for amendment of written statement upon taking off the suit from P.H. Board was rejected by the learned Trial Court. 3. By an order passed on January 18, 2021, the petitioner was directed to serve copies of the revisional application upon the opposite parties. 4. From the record, there is nothing apparent that such order was ever complied by the petitioner. 5. On the contrary, it transpires from the record that none appeared on behalf of either of the parties on August 10, 2026, August 11, 2026 and August 12, 2026. 6.
