The revisional application in CRR 5124 of 2024 has been preferred challenging an order dated order dated 01.10.2024, passed by the learned Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Calcutta in Criminal Revision No. 244 of 2024 arising out of order dated 13.08.2024, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 11th Court, Calcutta, in Complaint Case No. 459 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. 2. CRR 4738 of 2024 has been preferred challenging an order dated 13.08.2024, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta in connection with Complaint Case No. 457 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020, under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta. 3. CRR 4739 of 2024 has been preferred challenging order dated 13.08.2024, passed by the learned Judicial 2 Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta, in connection with Complaint Case No. 456 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020, under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta. 4. The learned Chief Judge, City Sessions Court had affirmed the order passed by the learned Magistrate, 11th Court, Calcutta by allowing an application under Section 143A of the N.I. Act. 5. In course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the complainant/respondent “on instruction” submits that at this stage they do not want to press for the relief granted by the learned Trial Court under the said provisions of law. Their only prayer relates to expeditious disposal of the criminal and civil proceedings connected to the dispute in the present revisional application. 6. On hearing the parties, the revisional applications are disposed of on setting aside the impugned order dated 01.10.2024, passed by the learned Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Calcutta in Criminal Revision No. 244 of 2024 arising out of order dated 13.08.2024, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 11th Court, Calcutta, in Complaint Case No. 459 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 and the impugned order dated 13.08.2024, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta in connection with Complaint Case No. 457 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 and also the impugned order dated 13.08.2024, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3 8th Court, Calcutta, in connection with Complaint Case No. 456 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020. 7.
