Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the matter at hand is no more res integra and that the issue involved herein are squarely covered by the order dated 08.04.2026 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6315/2026 titled Atul Gupta & Anr. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the present petition but is not able to refute the aforesaid submissions. 3. In light of the foregoing facts and circumstance, this Court is of view to dispose of the present petitions in light of the ratio encapsulated by this Court in Atul Gupta (supra). 4.
