POONACHA ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: "1. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction, directing the respondent No.3 Bank to remove the lien marked on the petitioner's bank account, bearing A/C No.10086568945, IFSC-IDFB0080152, maintained with IDFC Bank, ground floor, and permit the petitioner to fully use and operate the said account; Digitally Signed by CHEPPUDIRA MONNAPPA POONACHA - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010230942026 NC: 2026:KHC:50286 WP No. 10432 of 2026 2. Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by marking of lien by respondent No.3 - Bank of the bank account of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lien to the extent of `2,00,000/- has been marked. However, the disputed of sum of `2,00,000/- has already been transferred by the bank to the concerned authorities, despite which the lien which has been marked in the account of the petitioner has been continued. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 - Bank submits that if any, orders are passed, the same would be complied with by respondent No.3 - Bank. 5. Upon such a representation having been made by the petitioner, respondent No.3 - Bank shall consider the same and intimate the petitioner of such consideration. 7.
