The Petitioner has deposited Rs.1,55,000/- before the Trial Court. The Respondent may withdraw the same as per the order of this Hon’ble Court. The Petitioner under takes to pay Rs.1,55,000/- in two instalments on or before. The Petitioner shall pay 1st instalment on 17.06.2026 of Rs.75,000/- by way of RTGS to the Bank Account of the Respondent.
