Report submitted by the State is taken on record. It appears from the report that the librarian of Tarun Sangha Library is an employee of a Government aided library and not under the administrative control of the Block Development Officer, Kashipur or the Executive Officer, Kashipur Panchayat Samiti. The petitioner completed the work pursuant to work order issued by the librarian, Kashipur Tarun Sangha Library and the Junior Engineer (RWP) Kashipur Development Block has certified the due amount payable to the petitioner. Several representations submitted by the petitioner before the librarian have fallen on deaf ears. In view of the above, the librarian, Tarun Sangha Library, being the 5th respondent herein, is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner in this regard and take necessary steps for payment of the entire due amount to the petitioner within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order subject to the petitioner complying with all requisite formalities. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs.
2 Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
