Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 2. This bail application has been preferred by the accused- petitioner Harun S/o Sammi, aged about 55-60 years, under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., apprehending his arrest in connection with the FIR No.63/2024 dated 14.03.2024 registered at Police Station Kaithwada, District Deeg for the offences punishable under Section 143, 323, 336 & 341 of IPC. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submitted that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submitted that the other co-accused Imran S/o Pappu, Mustafa S/o Pappu & Ali Mohammad S/o Kantula (in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.9599/2024) have already been enlarged on bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this [2026:RJ-JP:11107] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-13474/2025] Court vide order dated 30.06.2025. In view thereof, learned counsel for the accused-petitioner prayed that he be extended the benefit of bail. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail applications. 5. Considering overall peculiar facts and circumstance of the case and maintaining the parity with the other co-accused, this Court is inclined to exercise its powers U/s. 482 of BNSS and deems it just and proper to grant anticipatory bail to the accused- petitioner-Harun S/o Sammi. 6. Accordingly, these bail application filed by the accused- petitioners under Section 482 BNSS is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of accused-petitioner Harun S/o Sammi in connection with the FIR No.63/2024 dated 14.03.2024 registered at Police Station Kaithwada, District Deeg, he shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of concerned I.O./S.H.O. on the following conditions:- (i) he shall make himself available for interrogation by Investigating Officer as and when required; (ii) he shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any Police Officer; (iii) he shall not leave India without the previous permission of the court.
