JUSTICE ANANT RAMANATH HEGDE ORAL ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondent-State. 2. The petition is filed challenging the part of condition No.2 which insisted the petitioner to furnish Bank Guarantee for a sum of Rs.3 lakhs or to deposit cash of Rs.3 lakhs for release of the vehicle. 3. The Court has considered the contentions raised as well as the submission made by the learned High Court Government Pleader. 4. The Court is of the view that for release of the vehicle, an indemnity bond for Rs.3 lakhs and one surety for the likesum which is ordered by the Trial Court is sufficient to serve the purpose. 5.
