During the course of submissions it has been brought to the notice of the Court that the sole petitioner / plaintiff had died long back in the year 2025. The impugned order dated 25th July, 2024 was regarding the rejection of an application of the plaintiff / petitioner for recording of evidence through advocate commissioner. 2. Since, the plaintiff / petitioner had already died, the present petition stands infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present revisional application stands dismissed as infructuous.
