Learned advocate also submits that out of the 18 witnesses cited in the charge-sheet, only one witness has been examined till date, as such, there is no possibility of the trial being concluded very soon. Learned advocate prays that the petitioner may be released on bail. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary. I have taken into account the statement of the victim as well as the medico-legal examination report. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting bail to the present petitioner. 2 Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1883 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record.
