Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cumulative undisputed amount in terms of the email dated 17.04.2026 (Annexure-B to the writ petition) is a sum of Rs.32,300.32. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the interim relief, the petitioner has sought for permission to operate his account subject to a lien of a sum of Rs.42,790.32 being marked. 3. In view of the aforementioned, the second respondent - bank shall mark a lien in respect of the Account No.16490000000799 of the petitioner up to a sum of Rs.43,000/- and permit the petitioner to operate the bank account beyond the said sum. 4.
