This writ petition has been filed challenging an order dated May 14, 2025, whereby the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Kolkata Branch, Kolkata, dismissed OA. 350/596/2025, being an original application filed by the present writ petitioner. 2. The crux of the grievance of the present writ petitioner with which she approached the Tribunal is that disciplinary proceedings are not being conducted against her husband who has married her during the subsistence of his first marriage. The Tribunal dismissed the original application. Hence this writ petition. 3. It appears that disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against the husband of the writ petitioner. 4. Today, Mr. Lahiri, learned Advocate appears for the respondent nos.1-6 and files a written 2 instruction from which it appears that the disciplinary proceedings can be concluded by November 15, 2026. Let such instructions be kept with the records. 5. We, therefore, dispose of this writ petition by directing the respondent nos. 1-6 to conclude the disciplinary proceedings at the earliest and positively by November 15, 2026. 6. A copy of the final order of the Disciplinary Authority should be made available to the present writ petitioner. 7. WP.CT/212/2025 is disposed of accordingly. 8.
