P.P. …...... 03/ 25.03.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 35 of the Arms Act and under Section 310(4) of BNS. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. It is alleged that information was received by the police that some persons have assembled to commit some crime. Police reached the place of occurrence and apprehended some persons. It is alleged that from their possession one rifle, magazine and bullet were recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2025 and chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. 5. Considering the period of custody and the fact that chargesheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella, in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.289 of 2025, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand with a further condition that the petitioner shall appear and mark his attendance before the Registrar, Civil Court, Seraikella once in a month till the disposal of the trial.
