Case No. 267 of 2025 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Katwa, Purba Bardhaman to any competent Court in Krishnanagar, Nadia. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two other proceedings pending by and between the parties are in Krishnanagar Court and both the parties are appearing before the learned Court in the said proceedings regularly. It shall be convenient for both the parties if the present proceeding is also transferred to Krishnanagar Court for disposal. In view of the fact that two other proceedings between the parties are pending before Krishnanagar Court, the present proceeding may also be transferred to the said Court for convenience of the parties to appear therein. The revisional application is accordingly allowed. The proceeding in connection with the Misc. Case No. 267 of 2025 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Katwa, Purba Bardhaman be transferred to the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar, Nadia for disposal. Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar, Nadia shall either deal with the case himself or assign the same to any other learned Judicial Magistrate within his jurisdiction for disposal. Learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Katwa, Purba Bardhaman is directed to transmit the case record alongwith relevant documents to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar, Nadia within 10 days from the date of communication of this order.
