This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) at Berhampore, Murshidabad to dispose of Money Suit No. 48 of 2021 expeditiously. From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that April 20, 2027 has been fixed for ex parte hearing of the money suit. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner this civil revision application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) at Berhampore, Murshidabad to make an endeavour to dispose of Money Suit No. 48 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
