Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent bank to consider the payment of overdue amount of Rs.10.35 Crores in 36 instalments along with interest as mentioned in the sanction letter, so that account of petitioner company remains standard and regular ii. Issue any suitable order or direction of any nature which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper iii. Award the cost of the writ petition in favour of the petitioner.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has been filed without making any application to respondent no.2. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall file representation enclosing guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to the competent authority. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner 2026:UHC:502 further submits that on 13.01.2026 the account is proposed to be declared NPA. He submits that the competent authority may be directed to take a decision on the representation on or before the said date. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall submit the representation to the competent authority within 24 hours through electronic mode and a hard copy of the representation shall be submitted on or before 11 a.m. on 12th January, 2026. 8. The competent authority shall take a decision on the representation on or before 13.01.2026. 9. The writ petition is disposed of finally. 10.
