Cas (C) No. 53 of 2024. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel appearing for the applicants that impleadment of the above name officers as respondents No. 5-8 are necessary as they have taken over the office of their predecessors. In view of the submission made above and on consideration of the material available on record, this Court is of the considered view that impleadment of the above name officers are necessary. Accordingly, the present impleadment application is hereby allowed, Shri Ningthoujam Geoffrey, IAS, Commissioner, (Higher & Technical Education), Government of Manipur, Dr. Puneet Kumar Goel, IAS, Commissioner/ Secretary (Finance) (Pay Implementation Cell), Government of Manipur, Prof. W. Chandbabu Singh, Vice-Chancellor, Manipur Technical University and Shri Ramananda Nongmeikapam, Registrar, Manipur Technical University are to be impleaded as respondents No. 5, 6, 7 & 8 respectively.
