CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this court calling in question proceedings in C.C.No.3353/2023 registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 and 509 of the IPC.
2. Learned Addl. SPP on instructions and verification of the records would submit that the charges have long back been framed and the trial is on and is at the evidence stage.
3. In the light of the charges being framed, the entertainment of the petition will run foul of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of MINAKSHI BALA V. SUDHIR KUMAR1.
4. In the light of the issue being of 9 months old, the concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings 1 (1994) 4 SCC 142
