Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs : Digitally signed by PRAVEEN KUMAR SINHA Date: 2026.01.09 10:43:37 +0530 2 / 3 “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue notices to the respondents returnable within early date of hearing. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to give promotion to the petitioner from the date on which juniors have been promoted with all consequential benefits including salary etc. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents for fixation of pension and other retiral dues treating the petitioner retired from the post of Principal Higher Secondary School. 10.4 grant any other relief(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) in favour of petitioner, which deemed fit & proper in the facts & circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 10.5. Cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that aggrieved by non- consideration of his claim for promotion to the post of Principal, petitioner has already submitted representation before respondent No.2 which is pending consideration till date and therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to consider and take decision on representation. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that representation which is referred to by learned counsel for the petitioner does not bear date as also receipt seal of concerned office. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit fresh representation before respondent No.2 and the concerned authority may be directed to take decision on the 3 / 3 representation to be submitted by the petitioner at the earliest, within specified time. 5. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed off permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition. In the event petitioner submits such representation, respondent No.2 shall consider and take decision on it in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of representation.
